If for any reason you don’t like your original concepts, or choose not to continue with your logo design, contact your account manager within 3 business days of the completion of your initial concepts and before your first revisions and pay no more than $199 + GST. If you have paid the full amount we will refund the balance to you, no questions asked. Otherwise, our team will work with you until you are satisfied with the revisions of your logo.
